Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Isis-Smith determined there was enough evidence to determine more likely than not a supervision violation occurred. Licensor Isis-Smith and Supervisor Eberhart observed a lack of appropriate supervision practices when onsite to inspect the complaint allegations. The lack of supervision practices allowed children to be unsupervised during times when the teacher left the gym to enter the stage area and when they were left to supervise the gym and the bathrooms at the same time.
